While the last third of the 2020 school year has presented its fair share of challenges, it also provided yet another opportunity for our community to demonstrate a level of perseverance and determination of which we should all be proud. Thank you to the students, parents, and the staff for coming together, as always, as a community to rise up and meet the challenges of this pandemic. As always, a special thank you to the work and dedication of our Catholic School Council, whose efforts and commitment are always instrumental in bringing our community together.
As for September, I encourage all families to continue to stay informed through school and school board correspondence, as well as Ministry media releases. Of course, any pertinent information that I receive will be shared with the community in a timely fashion.
Finally, I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all students and families who will not be returning to St. Angela Merici CES in September, all the blessings of good health and continued success. A special farewell to the Graduating Class of 2020…the hallways, classrooms and playground will not be the same without you! May God continue to watch over you as you discover your God given talents. We will miss you all!
